Transitions Peer Support Group

The Carers First  Adult Carer Support Service are facilitating a new Transitions Peer Support Group  for parents/carers of young people transitioning from Children to Adult Services. The meetings will be held at the Carers Federation, Christopher Cargill House, 21-23 Pelham Road, Nottingham NG5 1AP on the first Wednesday of the month from 10am-12noon. Free short term respite available for Nottingham City carers 18+ who are caring for someone not in receipt of Adult Social Care. New Rushcliffe Carers Service

Rushcliffe CCG have commissioned a new service, in partnership and, to be delivered by Carers Federation across Rushcliffe. Staring from 1st March 2015 we will be working alongside your Rushcliffe GP practice, doctors, staff and carers champions to keep carers informed of their rights and support them in their caring roles.
