An opportunity has arisen for Advocate within the North East NHS Independent Complaints Advocacy service to support members of the public through the NHS Complaints process.

Based at our Gateshead office initially, this is a high quality and dynamic service that empowers patients, carers and service users to identify and act upon the service options or choices available to them.
