Young Carers Education/Support Worker
Carers Federation Ltd is a national charity and Company Limited by Guarantee established in 1992 to empower Carers, the people for whom they care and the wider community. The charity is managed by a Board of Trustees elected by our membership. Carers Federation has successfully been awarded a 3-year contract by Gateshead Council and North East and Cumbria ICB to deliver an all – age carers support service for unpaid carers living in and around Gateshead.
