How We Support You
We value the commitment and responsibility our volunteers bring to their work with us. We support our volunteers by offering ongoing training and supervision, providing a bespoke volunteer development plan, and opportunities to practise and develop your skills.
Volunteering with us can help you to develop independent working skills, team work, time-management skills, mentoring and communication skills, and increase your confidence and self-esteem, as well as giving you the opportunity to inspire and be inspired by the children and young people you will encounter.
