About the Role
As Service Manager, you will work closely with the Carers Lead and NE Operations Manager, supported by Team Leaders, to ensure effective day to day delivery of the service. You will oversee staff, systems and operations, ensuring high quality, efficient support for all caregivers

Salary: Band 3A – £33,910 rising to £36,230 after successful probation

• Proven management experience with strong leadership and direction-setting skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with commissioners and colleagues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem solving abilities and confidence working independently.
• Effective task prioritisation and time management.
• Experience managing office dynamics and delivering under pressure.
• Strategic planning capability and sound budget management knowledge.
• Ability to identify funding opportunities.
• A collaborative approach that supports a confident, empowered team culture.
• Experience identifying and acting on safeguarding concerns for children and adults.
• Previous experience within the Health and Social Care sector.
