At yesterday’s Regional Triangle of Care meeting the Trust’s Triangle of Care submission was successful and they were awarded a gold star for completing phase 1. They presented their journey to build a carer friendly trust and submitted a report and 64 self-assessments for 74 ward and crisis teams.
There was praise for how they had involved carers, the continuity and leadership of approach, our Confidentiality Guide and carer awareness film for staff.
