How do organisations apply?
If you are interested in gaining QSCS status you can contact a member of the team who can provide more information and discuss with you how the QSCS can benefit your organisation. You can download a registration form and email this to us to begin the process and one of the team will be happy to arrange an initial consultation.
What happens next?
Following the initial consultation you will be provided with a QSCS ‘Working Towards Pack’ which includes all the documents you require to begin the process. A member of the team will come out to meet with you and support in the development of your ‘Achievement Plan’. You will be awarded QSCS ‘Working Towards’ status and will receive a certificate to display within your organisation.
How to achieve the standard?
We will work with you to address the eight point criteria you will need to complete to be awarded QSCS, identifying areas you may need some additional support with. There will be a member of the team available throughout the process to answer any questions and help you move forward with your ‘Achievement Plan’.
We will visit your organisation to carry out a pre-assessment to review progress and identify any areas that may need further development and support from us. When you are ready to be assessed for QSCS status a different member of the team will carry out the assessment and provide a report highlighting areas of good practice. On achievement of the QSCS organisations will be able to use the standard logo on their documents and will receive the ‘Final Certificate’ to display and evidence their commitment.
How much does the standard cost?
