Our community cafe is designed to give carers like yourself a safe, non-judgemental space to step back from the pressures of everyday life, meet new people and put your self first.
The Carers Cafe is held every other Wednesday between 11am – 3pm.
Our volunteers provide hot and cold drinks, home-made meals and sweet treats!
It is free for carers, their friends and family – although we do run on the generous donations from those who attend.
